Chains of Woe

Giant chains extend from the earth all the way up to the islands in the sky. These massive chains are the only things anchoring Soragakure to the planet. These chains are robust. One chain, in particular, was built at a relatively flattened angle for people and carts to travel up. This travel, however, is a long 15 mile stretch from the start of the chain all the way up to the floating village of Soragakure.

Soragakure

Located within Tokoyo-no-Kuni (the Land of the Heavens), Soragakure is the Village Hidden in the Sky. Soragakure resides on a floating island anchored to the ground with 5 massive chains. Soragakure is the information center of the world having the world's biggest library; containing books of the "Forbidden History" which is sought after by historians all over.

Soragakure's leader is called the Akashakage; the Void Shadow.
